The meeting at the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Prague was focused on 4 major topics: (I) Plasma membrane receptors and mast cells and basophils signaling, (II) Mast cells and basophils exocytosis and mediators, (III) Mast cells and basophils diseases, and (IV) Mast cells and basophils in diseases as targets for drug treatment. There were 174 participants from 25 countries (more information is in figure 8).
