Welcome to the website of the European Mast Cell and Basophil Research Network (EMBRN). EMBRN currently has more than 300 members and friends, in and outside of Europe, many of whom are leaders in experimental mast cell and basophil research.

During the 8 years of our existence, EMBRN has emerged as the leading global network on mast cell and basophil biology and mast cell and basophil-driven diseases. The research conducted by EMBRN members has lead to a better understanding of the physiological and pathological functions of mast cells and basophils and to better treatment options for patients with mast cell and basophil-driven diseases.
